Hyatt Regency Delhi brings Orel Levy as the new Resident Bartender

Hyatt Regency Delhi is delighted to have on board Orel Levy, from the southeastern shore of the Middle East – Israel, as the Resident Bartender and Mixologist.

 

Despite being only 25 years of age, Orel brings more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, giving him the right expertise to always remain two steps ahead, transforming the drinking experience and cocktail culture.

 

He started his career with Beit Hayotzer, Tel Aviv. Later, he moved to Charley Check point, Yehud in 2013. Following this, he joined Little Italy, Sarona complex and Spicehouse Cocktail Bar in 2014. His next assignment was at Zman Amiti as an instructor in 2015 after which he joined Jasper Bar as a bartender. His most recent assignment was at The Imperial, Tel Aviv-Yafo.

 

Orel's first trip to India, his drinks entail a fine balance between simple and intricate and he strongly believes in personalising the drinks to his patron's flavour and spirit preferences. With his distinctive style and meticulous execution, Orel promises to reinvent the bar experience with his creative concoctions. Moving beyond the standard vodka and gin based cocktails, Orel's main area of expertise lies in placing rum and tequila on a pedestal.
