British Airways to roll out improved bedding experience on Indian routes in Club World this summer

British Airways, which has invested GBP 600 million in enhancing its Club World business class seats across its fleet, is set to roll out an improved bedding experience on its 5 routes to India by the coming summer. During this recent visit to Mumbai, Robert Williams, Head of Sales - Asia Pacific and the Middle East, British Airways, said, “We have partnered with The White Company, an iconic British brand, to provide luxury duets, mattresses, pillows and soft blankets in Club World business class. We launched the improved service onto our New York route at the end of 2017, and are progressively rolling it out globally. We look forward to offer it on all 5 routes in India by this summer. In the Club World, we are also redesigning our catering proposition to bring in more restaurant-style approach. The trials have been very successful, and by 2018, we will launch it along with our improved Wi-Fi facility.”
