Conrad Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Sourav Chowdhury as its new Food & Beverage Manager. With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sourav brings a proven track record of curating exceptional dining experiences and leading successful teams.
Before joining Conrad Bengaluru, Sourav served as the Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links. A graduate in Hotel Management and Tourism from NIMS Kolkata, his career spans prestigious hospitality brands, including Hyatt, Marriott, and Accor. Known for his leadership and commitment to excellence, Sourav is dedicated to delivering superior guest experiences.
Speaking about his new role, Sourav shared, “I am thrilled to embark on this exciting journey with Conrad Bengaluru. My vision is to curate unique dining experiences that celebrate local flavors while embracing sustainability.
