India Assist Partners with Uttar Pradesh Government to Enhance Visitor Experience for Mahakumbh 2025

India Assist, a leading provider of tech-enabled travel assistance, has joined hands with the Uttar Pradesh Government to elevate the travel experience for millions of visitors during Mahakumbh 2025 and beyond. As part of this collaboration, India Assist has established Tourist Information Centres (TICs) in key locations within Prayagraj, including the Mahakumbh area, the railway station, and the airport.

With over 40 crore pilgrims and tourists expected to attend Mahakumbh 2025, these TICs are providing crucial on-ground support, offering real-time navigation guidance, information on local attractions, and emergency assistance such as medical aid and theft resolution. The initiative combines innovative technology with human-driven support to ensure visitors feel confident and cared for throughout their journey.

Expressing his excitement, Harish Khatri, Founder of India Assist, remarked, “Mahakumbh is a celebration of spiritual and cultural unity, and we are honored to help visitors navigate this extraordinary event with ease and confidence.”

Beyond Mahakumbh, India Assist is managing TICs in major cities across Uttar Pradesh, including Agra, Lucknow, Varanasi, and Ayodhya, to provide continuous travel assistance. By introducing travelers to tech-enabled services and blending cutting-edge tools with local expertise, the initiative aims to set new standards for tourism in the state.

India Assist’s efforts underscore the transformative potential of travel technology in enhancing visitor experiences and reaffirm Uttar Pradesh’s position as a premier global travel destination.
