Manglam Group, a leading real estate developer in Rajasthan, is set to invest ₹1,000 crore in the state’s luxury hospitality sector over the next five years. This strategic expansion marks the group’s entry into India’s ₹82,000 crore hospitality industry, with a focus on sustainable luxury hotels and resorts. With over 70 completed real estate projects, Manglam is leveraging its expertise to develop high-end hospitality ventures catering to destination weddings, leisure travel, and the growing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segment.
The first milestone in this expansion is the upcoming Westin Jaipur Resort, a 150-room luxury property on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway, with construction already underway for a 200-room upscale hotel in Jagatpura, Jaipur, as part of a mixed-use development in partnership with a global hospitality brand. Rajasthan remains a premier destination for India’s $130 billion wedding industry, which is growing at 13–15% annually, and Manglam’s new properties aim to cater to grand celebrations blending royal heritage with modern luxury. The group is also tapping into the $4.5 billion Indian MICE industry, developing high-end accommodations and conference facilities tailored for business travelers.
Manglam Group’s hospitality projects are rooted in sustainability, incorporating solar passive zoning, renewable energy integration, locally sourced and recycled materials, and advanced water conservation measures such as rainwater harvesting.
