Barry H. Biggar has been the President and CEO of Visit Fairfax, the official tourism organization for Fairfax County, Virginia, since August 2008. Under his leadership, the county’s tourism economy has flourished, doubling in size and generating over $3 billion annually for local businesses. This growth has significantly contributed to state and local tax revenues and enhanced the quality of life for residents.
