Vietjet Launches Direct Flights to Con Dao Island and Expands India-Vietnam Network

Vietjet, Vietnam’s leading new-age airline, has launched two new domestic routes connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with the scenic Con Dao Island, significantly enhancing access to this culturally and historically rich destination. The airline will operate a total of 28 weekly round-trip flights: two daily morning flights from Hanoi (2 hours 10 minutes) and two daily morning flights from Ho Chi Minh City (40 minutes).

Con Dao, known for its pristine beaches and spiritual landmarks, is now more accessible with Vietjet’s affordable Eco and premium SkyBoss classes.

In a further boost to its India-Vietnam operations, Vietjet has also introduced new direct flights from Hyderabad and Bengaluru to Ho Chi Minh City. With these additions, the airline now operates 10 direct routes between India and Vietnam, totaling 78 flights per week. Key Indian cities connected include New Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, linking to major Vietnamese hubs like Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang.

Vietjet’s expanding network makes travel across Vietnam and the broader Asia-Pacific region—covering destinations like China, Bali, Japan, South Korea, and Australia—more convenient and budget-friendly for Indian travellers.
