Jetwing Hotels has announced a strategic restructuring of its portfolio, introducing four clearly defined segments—Jetwing Luxury Reserves, Jetwing Premium Hotels, Select Hotels, and Essentials—to better align with evolving travel preferences. Moving away from the previous “Hotels” and “Villas” categorization, the new structure offers guests a clearer understanding of the brand’s diverse offerings, catering to all types of travellers, from budget-conscious adventurers to luxury seekers. Jetwing Luxury Reserves features exclusive 5-star properties focused on personalised, high-end experiences, while Jetwing Premium Hotels blends contemporary comfort with Sri Lanka’s rich heritage through 4- and 5-star accommodations. Select Hotels, although unbranded by Jetwing, maintain its renowned hospitality in affordable 3-star settings, with notable properties like Hotel Sigiriyaaya and the award-winning Mermaid Hotel and Club. Essentials focuses on budget-friendly stays through brands like Hotel J and City Beds, offering practical comfort for explorers. Hashan Cooray, Director of Marketing and Development, emphasized that this branding refresh reflects Jetwing’s optimism about tourism growth and its role in Sri Lanka’s economic revival. Committed to sustainability and authentic hospitality, Jetwing Hotels continues to deliver meaningful journeys that celebrate the island’s culture, beauty, and traditions across all categories.
