At Alhambra, located in the picturesque Čikat Bay, Struna will introduce a concept of “refined simplicity,” emphasizing detail-driven elegance across all guest experiences. Enhancements for the 2025 season include a reimagined Spring Innovation Menu by Michelin-starred chef Michael Gollenz, exclusive wine tastings, the new Slow & Long Sunday brunch, handcrafted pastries in the library lounge, and wellness offerings such as coastal hikes and the hotel’s signature Inhalation Bar. Struna’s leadership aims to elevate the five-star property’s legacy by blending thoughtful innovation with its timeless Adriatic charm.
