The Travel Agents Federation of India (TAFI) has taken a significant step towards expanding its presence by inaugurating its 13th Chapter in Punjab, effective July 25. This strategic move is designed to support and engage travel professionals across the region, further strengthening TAFI’s commitment to building a robust national network. The newly appointed office-bearers of the Punjab Chapter include Chairman Rajeshwar Dang (Travel Xpert Vacation Pvt. Ltd.), Secretary Mohit Jethi (Jethi Travels), and Treasurer Andeep Arora (RAB Tours and Travels). The Punjab Chapter will serve as a collaborative platform for local travel agents, providing opportunities to share industry knowledge, address challenges, and promote growth. TAFI President Ajay Prakash highlighted the launch as a reflection of the federation’s ongoing goal to foster professionalism, business development, and stronger advocacy for travel agents at both regional and national levels, reinforcing TAFI’s pivotal role in India’s travel and tourism sector.
