In a strategic move underscoring its long-term commitment to India, ATPI, a global leader in corporate and specialist travel management, has appointed Jeet Sawhney as Managing Director – ATPI India. The appointment marks a major milestone in ATPI’s expansion strategy, as India emerges among the world’s fastest-growing business travel markets.
With nearly three decades of experience across aviation, technology, and travel, Jeet brings leadership experience from KLM/Air France, VFS Global, Sabre, and most recently as CEO of Tripjack. He will spearhead ATPI’s India operations — driving strategy, technology integration, and client experience across corporate and MICE travel segments.
The announcement follows ATPI’s recent acquisition by Direct Travel, Inc., creating a USD 6 billion global travel powerhouse with a strengthened international footprint. This expanded scale will enable ATPI India to deliver innovative, sustainable, and technology-enabled solutions to clients across sectors including marine, energy, sports, and events.
