Udaipur Marriott Hotel Unveils ‘Ayana’ — A Rooftop Culinary Haven Above the City of Lakes

Udaipur Marriott Hotel has launched Ayana, an exquisite rooftop dining destination that redefines luxury dining with panoramic views of the city’s lakes and the Aravalli Hills.

True to its name—meaning “the path”—Ayana offers guests an immersive culinary journey from the serene poolside entrance to the last indulgent bite of dessert. The restaurant’s design beautifully fuses contemporary Indian aesthetics with natural elements, glowing lanterns, and curated world music, creating an ambience that’s both elegant and soulful.

The menu pays homage to India’s royal culinary heritage, with highlights like slow-cooked Haleem, Shikampuri Kebabs, aromatic Biryani, and Rajasthani classics such as Laal Maas, Gatte ki Subzi, and Ker Sangri. Each dish balances authenticity with modern presentation, while the bar complements the flavours through artisanal cocktails infused with Indian botanicals and spices.

Executive Chef Mohit Mishra shared, “Ayana is more than a restaurant—it’s a journey through flavours and stories that celebrate India’s rich culinary legacy.”
