In a move that underscores its rapid expansion and leadership consolidation, IndoBevs, one of India’s fastest-growing alco-beverage companies, has announced the elevation of Vikas Kumar as Co-founder. The appointment marks a key milestone in the company’s ongoing pursuit of operational excellence and strategic growth.
With over two decades of cross-industry experience, Vikas Kumar has been a driving force behind IndoBevs’ transformation. Having joined the company seven years ago, he has played a pivotal role in building its operational backbone — from setting up robust manufacturing systems and streamlining supply chains to implementing scalable processes that have powered IndoBevs’ consistent 40% year-on-year growth.
In his expanded role as Co-founder, Vikas will lead operational strategy, enhance manufacturing capabilities, and strengthen supply chain networks to support IndoBevs’ domestic and global ambitions. His past experience includes senior positions at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., United Biscuits, and SC Johnson, where he honed his expertise in supply chain management, plant engineering, and process optimization.
