ITC Hotels Reports Record Q2 Revenue and Profits, Launches New Premium Brand ‘Epiq Collection’

ITC Hotels has reported its highest-ever Q2 revenue and profits, driven by robust operational performance despite muted leisure activity and fewer wedding dates this season.

The company’s consolidated revenue from operations rose 8% to ₹839 crore, while EBITDA grew 16% to ₹246 crore, and PAT surged 74% to ₹133 crore. EBITDA margins stood at 31%, up 215 bps on a comparable basis.

Growth was fueled by strong performance in Retail, Corporate, and MICE segments, with ADRs up 6% and occupancy expanding by 254 bps, leading to a 9% RevPAR growth. On a consolidated basis, RevPAR rose 11% year-on-year, maintaining a 40% premium over the industry average.

F&B revenue increased 5% on a high base, led by banqueting and flagship outlets. ITC Grand Chola’s Avartana and ITC Maurya’s Bukhara and Dum Pukht received top honors in Condé Nast Traveller’s Top 50 Restaurants.

In a major brand expansion, ITC Hotels announced the launch of ‘Epiq Collection – Member ITC Hotels Group’, aimed at accelerating growth in the premium segment through conversions and new builds. The first two Epiq

Collection properties — in Puri (118 rooms) and Tirupati (201 rooms) — will open within two years, adding to the brand’s planned 1,000-key portfolio.

The company’s growth pipeline now stands at over 5,900 keys across 60+ hotels, with new signings in Patna, Hyderabad, Wayanad, Nellore, and Mantralayam.

Internationally, ITC Ratnadipa in Colombo continues to lead in RevPAR and turned EBITDA positive in Q2. Reinforcing its sustainability credentials, ITC commissioned a 3.3 MW windmill in Gujarat, while ITC Grand Chola and ITC Maurya earned top global sustainability honors.

With 207 hotels (146 operational and 61 in the pipeline), ITC Hotels remains on a strong growth trajectory under its ‘Asset-

Right’ strategy, combining capital efficiency, expansion into Tier-II/III cities, and leadership in sustainable hospitality.
