
Suba Hotels Limited, among India’s fastest-growing hospitality groups, has announced a strong performance for the half year ending 30 September 2025, backed by rising demand, improving occupancy, and strategic expansion across key markets.
Financial Highlights – H1 FY26
The company posted a 52% YoY rise in Revenue from Operations, reaching ₹43.79 crore, supported by a healthy uptick in business travel and improved property performance.
EBITDA climbed 45% to ₹8.65 crore, reflecting efficient cost management and operational strength.
Net Profit increased 58% YoY to ₹5.24 crore, while Net Profit Margin expanded to 11.97%, showcasing stronger operating leverage.
A standout metric was the Diluted EPS, which jumped 249% YoY to ₹3.00, driven by business momentum and an expanding hotel portfolio.
Expansion & Operational Updates
Suba Hotels further deepened its presence in the South and North during the period:
• Hyderabad Expansion – Click Hotels by Suba
The company signed a Term Sheet for a 132-room property in Madhapur, Hyderabad, marking its fourth hotel in the city. Positioned near HITEC City–Mindspace, the new addition strengthens its corporate travel footprint in a high-demand micro market.
• Ayodhya Launch – Quality Inn Rama
Suba also announced Quality Inn Rama, a 44-room midscale hotel in Ayodhya, one of India’s fastest-growing pilgrimage destinations. The property features SATVIK Jain cuisine, an in-house temple, ample banquet facilities, and accessibility features for differently-abled guests.
