TGI Hotels has announced the signing of Trishvam Palolem Beach Resort, expanding its footprint in Goa’s leisure market with a second property in the state. The new resort, which comes under the group’s premium brand Trishvam, is set to welcome guests in December 2025.
Located right on the sands of Palolem Beach in South Goa, the upcoming resort will offer 42 premium cottages, designed to blend coastal charm with modern comfort. Guests will enjoy direct beach access along with a curated set of facilities including a multi-cuisine restaurant, swimming pool, gym, and spa — aimed at travellers seeking a refined yet relaxed beach escape.
This signing marks TGI’s next phase of growth in Goa, following its existing presence in Panjim. With Palolem added to the portfolio, the brand now offers guests a choice between an urban stay and a luxury beachfront retreat.
Sharing his thoughts on the expansion, Amit Kumar, Chief Marketing Officer, TGI Hotels, said that moving from Panjim to Palolem is a natural progression for the brand. He added that the resort becomes the third Trishvam-branded property after Pondicherry and Krishnagiri, further strengthening TGI’s position in the premium leisure segment.
The new project underscores TGI’s commitment to offering elevated hospitality experiences while celebrating the unique character of each destination it enters.
