Tripura Tourism Unity Promo Fest 2025 Extends Formal Welcome to MTM Delegates with Special Reception at Albert Ekka Park

The Government of Tripura, through the Tripura Tourism Development Forum (TTDF), commenced the Tripura Tourism Unity Promo Fest 2025 with a formal and gracious reception for MTM delegates arriving in Agartala. En route from the airport to their designated hotels, the delegates were received at Albert Ekka Park, where they were offered fresh coconut water and an opportunity to experience the calm and verdant surroundings of Lichubagan. The park, developed as a combined nature and war memorial space, stands in honour of Param Vir Chakra awardee Lance Naik Albert Ekka, whose exemplary courage and sacrifice in the 1971 India–Pakistan War continue to be a source of national inspiration.

As per the official schedule, delegates will complete their registration procedures at Hotel Polo Towers later in the evening. This will be followed by a networking cocktail dinner, organised to facilitate productive engagement among domestic and international stakeholders in tourism, hospitality, and MICE travel.

The programme for the following day will commence with an early morning walkathon from Hotel Polo Towers to Swet Mahal, accompanied by a guided Yog Yatra session. Subsequent activities include structured networking sessions, B2B meetings, and a panel discussion focusing on a five-year strategic roadmap for strengthening MICE and experiential tourism across the North-East circuit. The day will also feature high-level interactions with the Hon’ble Tourism Minister, Tourism Secretary, and the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tripura.

Through these coordinated engagements, the Tripura Tourism Unity Promo Fest 2025 aims to reinforce Tripura’s position as an emerging, experience-rich tourism destination while ensuring a comfortable, meaningful, and memorable visit for all participating delegates.
