Experience Kissimmee has announced the launch of a new destination-focused meetings programme, the Kissimmee Meeting Impact Incentive, effective from January 2026, aimed at driving meetings and incentive travel to Central Florida.
The incentive programme combines financial rewards, sustainability contributions, and marketing support for qualifying meetings. Key benefits include cashback incentives, sustainability initiatives through Trees4Travel, and complimentary promotional resources to support event marketing.
Strengthening its MICE infrastructure, Kissimmee has recently added new accommodation options for group travellers, including The Vietta Hotel and Kompose Boutique Resort at Theme Parks, expanding inventory for groups that do not require on-site meeting facilities. The destination also continues to promote large-format luxury vacation homes tailored for corporate and incentive groups.
Experience Kissimmee has also introduced the Latin Culinary Trail, developed in partnership with Atlas Obscura, showcasing Osceola County’s Hispanic and Latino food culture through a curated selection of restaurants, cafés, and food trucks.
The destination continues to enhance group experiences with access to Central Florida attractions, including Universal’s Epic Universe, which opened in May 2025 and now offers event options for groups, alongside large-scale corporate event venues such as Fun Spot America.
Kissimmee’s growing meetings profile is supported by recent industry recognition, including a ranking among Cvent’s Top 50 North America Meeting Destinations and the Smart Meetings Platinum Choice Award.
