Arunachal Pradesh to Showcase Cultural Heritage in Delhi at Festival of Arunachal 2026

  • The Festival of Arunachal 2026 will be held on February 21–22 at Dilli Haat INA, organised by the Department of Tourism, Government of Arunachal Pradesh with support from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.

The two-day cultural and tourism showcase will present Arunachal Pradesh’s indigenous traditions, performing arts, textiles, handicrafts, cuisine and emerging tourism experiences, bringing artisans and cultural troupes from across the state to the national capital.

Pasang Dorjee Sona, Minister of Education, Tourism and other portfolios, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, is expected to attend along with ministry officials and invited dignitaries.

Highlights include exhibitions of traditional handlooms, bamboo and cane crafts, tribal jewellery, organic produce and authentic Arunachali cuisine, alongside curated folk performances, an ethnic fashion show and the traditional Yak Dance representing the state’s high-altitude Himalayan culture.

The festival aims to strengthen tourism awareness and promote sustainable travel to Arunachal Pradesh among Delhi-NCR audiences and industry stakeholders.
