
The Karnataka Tourism Society will organise a series of destination promotion B2B roadshows in *Visakhapatnam, *Vijayawada and Hyderabad from March 9–11, 2026, aimed at strengthening regional partnerships and boosting domestic tourism to Karnataka.
The roadshows are being organised in association with the *Ministry of Tourism India, the Karnataka Department of Tourism, **Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation, and *Jungle Lodges and Resorts.
Around 45 tourism stakeholders from Karnataka will participate in the B2B sessions, engaging with travel trade partners in each city. The programme will feature destination presentations, promotional videos and networking interactions highlighting Karnataka’s diverse tourism offerings including heritage sites, hill stations, wildlife sanctuaries, eco-tourism and adventure tourism.
According to K Syama Raju, the roadshows aim to enhance Karnataka’s visibility among the travel trade in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana while creating new partnerships to drive domestic tourism growth.
D Venkatesan added that such initiatives play a vital role in strengthening inter-state tourism cooperation and promoting domestic travel under the Dekho Apna Desh initiative.
