Air India Express will launch a series of new direct domestic flights from March 29, 2026, including a six-times-a-week service between Jaipur and Guwahati, along with daily non-stop flights connecting Bengaluru with Goa and Srinagar, as part of its ongoing network expansion strategy.
The Jaipur–Guwahati route will strengthen connectivity between North India and the Northeast, offering a faster and more convenient travel option for passengers while supporting tourism and trade between the two regions. The move is expected to benefit students, professionals and leisure travellers who currently rely on connecting flights.
At the same time, the airline is enhancing connectivity from Bengaluru by introducing direct services to Goa and Srinagar. While the Goa route is likely to see strong demand from holidaymakers, the Srinagar service will improve access to Kashmir from southern India, particularly during peak tourist seasons.
Passengers on these routes will be able to choose from multiple fare options, including Classic and Flex categories, which offer added benefits such as reduced cancellation and change fees, complimentary seat selection and onboard refreshments. On select routes, the airline is also offering Business Class, featuring enhanced comfort, higher baggage allowance and complimentary meals.
The expansion underscores Air India Express’ push to grow its domestic network alongside its established international operations, with a focus on improving point-to-point connectivity across key leisure and economic corridors.
