
IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Eros Group to relaunch the iconic InterContinental Eros New Delhi Nehru Place, marking the brand’s return to South Delhi’s key business district.
The 216-room luxury hotel will reopen post-renovation by 2029, reinforcing IHG’s aggressive India expansion strategy and strengthening its premium footprint in the capital. Located in Nehru Place, the property is poised to capture strong corporate and MICE demand.
