The Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) has appointed BRANDit as its integrated sales, marketing, and PR agency in India, marking a significant step in enhancing Kenya-India tourism ties.
India remains a top-five source market for Kenya, contributing substantially to its tourism growth. Recognizing this potential, KTB has tasked BRANDit with promoting the “Magical Kenya” brand in India and driving strategic trade and marketing initiatives.
June Chepkemei, CEO of KTB, highlighted the importance of the Indian market, stating, “India is vital for Kenya. BRANDit’s expertise and deep understanding of the Indian tourism landscape make them the ideal partner to further position Kenya as a must-visit destination.”
Lubaina Sheerazi, CEO & Co-founder of BRANDit, expressed excitement about the collaboration. “Our aim is to showcase Kenya as a year-round destination, beyond the Great Migration season, with a sustainable and holistic approach. We’re reimagining how Indian travelers can experience Kenya,” she said.
BRANDit plans to leverage its extensive expertise to promote Kenya’s leisure, nature, adventure, and luxury offerings, positioning the East African nation as a premier destination for Indian travelers.
