Delhi Tourism celebrated its 50th Foundation Day with an event inaugurated by Mrs. Niharika Rai, Managing Director and CEO, and Sh. S.M. Ali, General Manager. The celebration saw enthusiastic participation from officers and employees, with the Managing Director acknowledging their contributions to the organization’s recent achievements.
To commemorate the milestone, Delhi Tourism highlighted its ongoing efforts to promote the city. Key initiatives include an alliance with Delhi Police to enhance tourist support at New Delhi Railway Station and the launch of the Delhi Film Policy, aimed at facilitating filmmakers and showcasing new locations.
Recent accomplishments include organizing the Heritage Walk Festival and representing Delhi as a film-friendly destination at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa. These steps underline Delhi Tourism’s commitment to enhancing the city’s cultural and tourism appeal.
