Low cost carrier, SpiceJet has launched an exclusive in-flight menu specially curated by globally renowned Indian chef, Vikas Khanna, to support girl child education and overall empowerment.
The exclusive meal offering by the Michelin-star chef, Vikas Khanna, will feature a choice of curated vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals such as Chicken Aloo Bukhara Biryani & Vegetable Biryani and Chicken Khurchan Roll & Paneer Bhurji Roll.
A significant part of the proceeds collected from the sale of these exclusive meals will go to Mijwan Welfare Society, an NGO that works in India towards empowering girls by educating them and enabling them to stand on their own feet.

SpiceJet also unveiled special liveries on its Boeing 737 MAX aircraft at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, featuring exquisite delicacies curated by Vikas Khanna and motion picture based on his book, ‘Imaginary Rain’, featuring actress, Shabana Azmi.
