Accor Launches Global HERA Challenge, Rewarding Top Travel Advisors with Luxury Experience in Colombia

Accor, the renowned global hospitality group, has unveiled the HERA Challenge—an exclusive initiative designed to recognize and celebrate the world’s top travel advisors through its loyalty program, HERA. Open to HERA members worldwide, the challenge will reward 33 top-performing travel professionals with an unforgettable, all-expenses-paid trip to Colombia. Winners will experience luxurious stays at Sofitel Legend Santa Clara Cartagena, a historic icon set in Cartagena’s walled city, and the Sofitel Barú Calablanca Beach Resort, an LEED-certified haven on the shores of Isla Barú.

The HERA Challenge introduces 11 categories including Performance Champions, Regional Stars, Brand Experts, and Destination Diversifiers, inviting advisors to showcase their expertise and booking prowess across brands like Orient Express, Fairmont, Raffles, Sofitel, MGallery, and Ennismore lifestyle brands. The challenge period runs from November 15, 2024, to November 15, 2025, with winners to be notified in December 2025. The exclusive hosted trip in Cartagena, set for March 9–12, 2026, will feature unique local encounters and community integration experiences—demonstrating Accor’s commitment to sustainable and culturally sensitive travel. Accor’s HERA program offers members generous rewards, enhanced digital tools, and access to over 350 luxury properties, empowering travel advisors to deliver exceptional, tailor-made journeys for their clients while being recognized among the best in the industry.
