AI Evolves Faster Than We Understand: Dr. Suborno Bose Calls for Essential Global Manifesto

Standing at the cusp of a new technological age, Dr. Suborno Bose, a prominent voice in education and technology, has issued an urgent call for a global AI Manifesto, arguing that humanity is “moving blindly into a future shaped by algorithms instead of values” without clear ethical principles.

The demand for a defined framework comes as Artificial Intelligence continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace, a speed which, Dr. Bose warns, is outpacing society’s ability to fully comprehend its implications.

“We are standing at the beginning of an age where Artificial Intelligence is evolving faster than our ability to understand it,” stated Dr. Bose. “The world is learning on the go—the opportunities are enormous, but so are the grey areas.”

The core argument centers on risk management. Without a shared vision, the educationist believes the world risks ceding control to algorithmic decision-making. “That is why an AI Manifesto is not just timely—it is essential,” he asserted, clarifying its purpose: to set the ethical foundation, the pedagogical pillars, and the human responsibilities that must guide AI education.

The organization he leads, IIHM, is positioning itself to steer this global movement, backed by significant groundwork.

“Last year, we signed an unprecedented AI Declaration with 60 countries. This year, we partnered with 50 schools across West Bengal,” Dr. Bose highlighted. “These two platforms give us the moral authority—and the obligation—to define how young people across India and the world should learn, use, and question AI.”

Dr. Bose concluded with a clear commitment: “IIHM is proud to lead this movement. Because the future of AI must not be left to chance. It must be built on ethics, empathy, and education—and it must begin now.”
