AI-Powered Visa Platform StampMyVisa Raises ₹4 Crore Bridge Round Led by Unicorn India Ventures

AI-driven B2B visa processing platform StampMyVisa (SMV) has secured ₹4 crore in a bridge funding round led by Unicorn India Ventures (UIV) — an existing investor that had earlier infused ₹6.6 crore in the company’s seed round. The latest funding aims to support SMV’s next phase of expansion as it prepares for a larger Series A round in the coming financial year.
The fresh capital will be directed towards growth initiatives, marketing, and integration of its recent acquisition—Teleport, a Kunal Shah-backed startup that strengthens SMV’s presence across South India.
In the last six months alone, the company has recorded 4X revenue growth and processed over 75,000 visas with a 99.5% success rate, driven by its proprietary AI-powered software ‘Nucleus’, developed in-house to automate error-free visa documentation.
“Visa processing remains one of the few areas of international travel still dominated by manual systems,” said Rahul Borude, Co-founder & CEO, StampMyVisa. “AI allows us to eliminate errors and drastically reduce rejections. Our platform already enables travel agents, corporates, OTAs, and MICE operators to process visas for over 80 countries, and we’re now gearing up to expand into the GCC region.”
As part of its premium service portfolio, SMV recently introduced:

  • SMV Insure – A Trip Protection product that refunds travelers in case of visa rejection.
  • SMV Global – An international eSIM solution providing seamless global connectivity at rates up to 40% cheaper than conventional roaming services.
Backing the company’s growth trajectory, Anil Joshi, Managing Partner, Unicorn India Ventures, said:
“StampMyVisa is solving one of the most painful aspects of international travel. Over 35% of visa rejections stem from human error. By leveraging AI, SMV is redefining efficiency and accuracy in this space. We are confident in their potential to become a global player.”
Looking ahead, SMV plans to build fintech infrastructure to offer embedded credit and payment solutions for SMEs in the travel ecosystem. The company’s AI engine is also being upgraded to process up to 80% of visa applications within five minutes, a dramatic improvement over the industry standard of two days — signaling a new benchmark for speed and reliability in the visa tech sector.
