Ajeet Bajaj Invites Delegates to ATOAI’s 17th Annual Convention in Srinagar

Speaking to Travel World Online, Ajeet Bajaj, President of the Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI), extended a warm invitation to industry leaders for the 17th ATOAI Annual Convention, scheduled to take place in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, from December 17 to 20, 2025.

Bajaj said he is “excited to welcome delegates to a destination that perfectly embodies the spirit of adventure and natural beauty.” He added that Srinagar offers an inspiring setting for meaningful discussions on the future of Indian adventure tourism.

Organised in collaboration with the Government of Jammu & Kashmir, the convention will bring together industry pioneers, policymakers, experts and major stakeholders to deliberate on revival, resilience and responsible growth within the sector.

The theme for this year — “Indian Adventure Tourism: Safe, Sustainable & Resilient” — reflects ATOAI’s commitment to building a safer, stronger and environmentally responsible adventure ecosystem. In line with this vision, the entire event is being curated as a net-zero convention.

The 17th edition is being steered by Paras Loomba, Convention Chairman and ATOAI Executive Committee Member & Northern Region Chapter Chairman, who is overseeing programme planning, knowledge sessions and the delegate experience.

The Srinagar convention is expected to shape new conversations and reinforce India’s position as a leading destination for adventure and nature-based tourism.
