Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has urged the tourism department to build international-standard homestays in Andhra Pradesh’s temple towns and coastal destinations such as Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati, and Amaravati. The plan targets 10,000 homestay rooms by March 2026 and 50,000 by 2029, including themed attractions like a Disney-World city in Anantapur, eco-tourism hotspots, and wildlife showcases.
