Aurika Group Announces Rs 220 Crore Uttar Pradesh Expansion with Projects in Ayodhya and Bareilly to Accelerate the Growth of Tier-II Cities

Aurika Group has unveiled a strategic Rs 220 crore expansion plan aimed at strengthening its presence across Uttar Pradesh’s emerging Tier-II cities, with major hospitality and residential projects in Ayodhya and Bareilly. The ambitious initiative includes a 150-key premium serviced suites project in Ayodhya, in partnership with Best Western Hotels, and a gated luxury villa community in Bareilly, reflecting the group’s commitment to tapping into high-potential urban markets.

The Ayodhya project is strategically located on the sacred 14 Koshi Parikrama Marg and is designed to serve the city’s booming religious tourism sector. Branded under Best Western, the development will feature 150 premium serviced suites along with rooftop dining, wellness amenities, and curated spiritual experiences. This project is set to blend sustainable design with modern comforts, offering pilgrims and travellers a culturally immersive yet contemporary hospitality experience.

In Bareilly, Aurika Group is expanding its real estate footprint with a focus on luxury and sustainability. The group’s new 5.50-acre villa community will feature low-density, premium residences in a gated environment, emphasizing eco-conscious living and modern connectivity. This follows the success of “The Residences, Bareilly”—a fully sold-out plotted and villa project—and “Aurika Avenue,” an ongoing mixed-use development on Bada Bypass. Together, these developments are projected to generate over Rs 350 crore in revenue.

With RERA approvals already secured for two projects in Bareilly and one in Ayodhya, Aurika Group is well-positioned to cater to the evolving demands of modern homebuyers while fostering sustainable urban development.
