Bin Ali Tourism unveils ambitious VISION 2030 strategy

Bin Ali Tourism, a UAE-based Destination Management Company (DMC) with over 14 years of experience in Dubai, has announced a dynamic new plan as part of its VISION 2030 growth strategy. The company revealed a strategic shift from its India-centric inbound focus to a broader approach, aiming to become a leading player in managing both inbound and outbound travel from the UAE. Bin Ali Tourism’s ambition is to establish itself as a forerunner in the bespoke DMC space, handling multi-country travel operations.

The strategy includes a deeper expansion into tier-2 cities across India, leveraging strengths built from its decade-long operations in tier-1 cities. As part of its 2024 activities for the second half of the year, the company will host a VIP FAM (familiarization) tour for its top-performing trade partners from India in the first week of September. This will be followed by its participation in the upcoming three-city India roadshow of Abu Dhabi Tourism, exhibiting at the inaugural Melange Expo in Mumbai, and the induction of a senior tourism professional to its Board of Directors.

Jeetu Frantz, Founder and Managing Director of Bin Ali Tourism, stated, “India is a vibrant and resilient market with a deep connection to the UAE for both business and leisure. Our deeper dive into Tier-2 cities is built on a robust strategy based on our 14 years of experience across Tier-1 cities. This is matched with our brand equity built locally in the UAE among hotels and attractions. Our well-equipped team of B2B sales and operations is now prepared to handle traffic from many Tier-2 cities.”

Frantz also spoke about the VIP FAM tour, saying, “It was time to honor our top-performing partners in the India B2B trade channel. We have invited 10 of our best performers on an exclusive FAM that includes stays at Atlantis The Royal and One & Only One Zabeel, two iconic luxury properties in Dubai. The participants will experience curated visits to Sea World, Qasr Al Wattan, and the Museum of Dubai, along with networking opportunities with other Dubai stakeholders.”

Kyp Charalambous, Vice President of Sales at Atlantis Dubai, commented, “Bin Ali Tourism has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance, and we value our continued partnership with them. Their VIP trade FAM visit showcases their dedication to fostering stronger ties with Atlantis Dubai, and we look forward to playing a key role in their ambitious expansion plans. We are excited to welcome an even greater influx of inbound visitors from India and other markets.”

Frantz further outlined Bin Ali Tourism’s 2030 strategic direction, stating, “Our future growth will be driven by the induction of a seasoned tourism professional onto our Board of Directors, and we aim to expand our footprint not only within the UAE but also across the GCC and beyond. We have made significant investments in our visa capacity, anticipating growth, and we plan to focus more on bilateral movement of passengers from East Africa and North America.”
