BNW Developments has unveiled the first Radisson Blu Hotel and Radisson Blu Residences at RAK Central in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group, marking a significant expansion of branded hospitality in Ras Al Khaimah.
The dual launch, attended by over 8,000 guests including real estate and hospitality stakeholders, positions RAK Central as the emirate’s emerging integrated business and lifestyle district.
The 361-key hotel will feature five F&B outlets, rooftop pool and terrace, meeting and event spaces, spa, gym, Business Class lounge and kids’ club. The adjacent 222-unit branded residences will offer hotel-managed services and operational synergies within the mixed-use development.
Executives from both organisations said the partnership strengthens Ras Al Khaimah’s investor proposition and supports the emirate’s live-work-play urban growth strategy.
