Clarks Exotica Convention Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Munmun Bhattacharya as the Associate Director of Human Resources. With over 13 years of experience in HR management, she brings a wealth of expertise to the role.
Munmun has held senior HR positions at prominent hospitality brands, including The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata, Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat, and Ibis Kochi City Centre, as well as corporate leadership roles at V&RO Hospitality and Compass Group India. Her strengths lie in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR policy development, and strategic HR planning.
In her previous role at Compass Group India, she managed HR operations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, focusing on inclusivity and employee well-being. Known for implementing progressive HR strategies, she has consistently enhanced workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
