With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Itha Das brings strong expertise in *catering sales, large-scale event planning and MICE strategy. In her new role, she will oversee **catering and MICE operations, with a focus on driving business growth, strengthening client relationships and curating memorable experiences for both *corporate and social events.
Over the course of her career, Itha has built a strong reputation for delivering high-impact events and developing strategic partnerships across corporate and social segments. Prior to joining Conrad Bengaluru, she served as *Associate Director of Sales at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, where she led key sales initiatives and expanded opportunities across corporate events, conferences and social celebrations. She has also previously worked as *Senior Sales Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, where she contributed to business growth through tailored event solutions and strong client partnerships.
At Conrad Bengaluru, Itha will lead initiatives to further strengthen the hotel’s position as a preferred destination for premium meetings, conferences, weddings and bespoke events in Bengaluru. She will also collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to develop innovative event solutions aligned with evolving client needs.
