Conrad Bengaluru has appointed Resham Gupta as its new Director of Human Resources, bringing over 16 years of expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
Resham started her career as a Management Trainee at Radisson Alibaug and held HR roles at ITC Fortune and Travel Food Services. She later spent eight years at Taj Hotels, including four years as Head of Department across two properties, before joining ITC Luxury Collection Hotels. Her leadership in HR strategy and people management has been instrumental in driving organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
