Sunil Kumar, a hospitality veteran with over 17 years of experience, takes on the role of Director of Operations at Conrad Bengaluru. Having begun his career with the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), Sunil brings a wealth of cross-functional expertise developed through leadership roles at top-tier luxury properties. In his most recent position as Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, he played a key role in brand repositioning and raising the bar for dining experiences. At Conrad Bengaluru, Sunil is focused on enhancing operational efficiency, fostering team development, and refining service standards to meet the high expectations of luxury travellers.

Since starting her career in 2017 with Hyatt Regency Delhi, Ashu has advanced through prominent hospitality brands including Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, W Goa, and Le Meridien Gurgaon. At Le Meridien, she successfully led national sales efforts and revenue generation strategies, while her recent role as Associate Director of Sales at The Ritz-Carlton, Bengaluru saw her lead the group segment and implement critical sales initiatives.
Renowned for her strategic foresight, client-focused approach, and collaborative leadership style, Ashu is poised to elevate the events and catering segment at Conrad Bengaluru.
