Conrad Maldives Rangali Island has announced the appointment of Amit Kumar Prasad as the new Director of Food and Beverage. With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Amit brings a deep understanding of food and beverage management, pre-opening expertise, and a strong track record of enhancing guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
Amit’s career includes leadership roles at renowned resorts such as Villa Park Sun Island Resort & Spa, JW Marriott Resort & Spa Maldives, and Waldorf Astoria Maldives. In his most recent role as Director of Food and Beverage at Villa Park Sun Island Resort & Spa, he successfully managed numerous diverse dining concepts, showcasing his ability to innovate and adapt to the evolving hospitality landscape.
