Strengthening its footprint in Northeast India, Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has launched its third property in Assam Cygnett Inn Dibrugarh. Strategically located just 15 minutes from Dibrugarh railway station and 25 minutes from the airport, the hotel offers a seamless blend of comfort, affordability, and modern amenities, catering to both business and leisure travellers. With 50 well-appointed rooms across three categories, the hotel features stylish interiors, the C Pavilion restaurant with a 70-guest capacity, and the Metro Bar for a cosy evening experience. It also offers corporate facilities like a meeting room ‘Discussion’ (50 pax) and a banquet hall ‘Summit’ accommodating 250 guests. As part of its long-term growth vision, Cygnett is aiming for a 2000-key footprint in Northeast India by 2029. In a parallel move, the group has formed a strategic alliance with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to introduce La Quinta® by Wyndham and Registry Collection Hotels to India and South Asia. This partnership will integrate Cygnett’s regional strength with Wyndham’s global network and loyalty program of 115 million members, targeting over 60 new properties in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal within the next decade.
