Cygnett Hotels & Resorts, one of India’s fastest-growing hospitality chains, has strengthened its leadership team with three senior appointments across culinary, learning and development, and information technology. The move supports the company’s strategic focus on operational excellence and guest experience as it expands its presence across India and international markets.
Chef Rahul Rana joins as Director – Culinary, bringing over 22 years of global experience with brands such as Accor, Marriott, Hyatt, InterContinental, and Sarova Hotels. A graduate of Switzerland’s Advanced Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, and Culinary Studies, Chef Rana is known for his expertise in modern culinary techniques and international buffet concepts.
Sanjit Kumar Thakur has been appointed Corporate Learning & Development Manager. An alumnus of IHM Kolkata and IEC University, he brings 15 years of experience with leading hospitality brands including Taj, Oberoi, Radisson, Sarovar, and Accor, focusing on people development and service excellence.
Ravvinder Bhola joins as General Manager – Information Technology, leveraging over two decades of experience with Starwood, Taj, and Marriott. He specializes in digital transformation, IT governance, and cybersecurity, ensuring resilient, guest-focused technology systems across Cygnett’s operations.
