Bahamas not to insist on RTPCR tests for vaccinated travellers

The Bahamas has suspended the mandatory RTPCR testing requirement for vaccinated travellers, which it had decided to implement from January 7, 2022.

Vaccinated people, as well as children aged 2 to 11, may continue to present either a negative Rapid Antigen Test or negative RTPCR test.

All those travelling to the Bahamas from other countries, whether fully vaccinated or unvaccinated, will be required to furnish a negative COVID test taken no more than three days (72 hours) prior to the date of arrival in the Bahamas.
