Dharana at Shillim, India’s award-winning precision wellbeing retreat, has announced the launch of a new suite of clinically driven wellbeing programmes, reinforcing its positioning as a global leader in evidence-based, long-stay healing.
Designed to address complex modern health challenges, the expanded portfolio focuses on areas such as metabolic health, cognitive fatigue, gut health, chronic stress and preventive cardiology. Each programme follows a structured, long-stay model, integrating advanced diagnostics with traditional Ayurvedic sciences to deliver personalised interventions that begin before arrival and continue beyond the guest’s stay.
Developed by Dharana’s multidisciplinary clinical team, the programmes are designed to support measurable and sustained health outcomes, rather than short-term wellness interventions. The approach emphasises consistency, monitoring and therapeutic continuity as essential to long-term wellbeing.
Commenting on the launch, Dr. Shaji, Chief Wellness Officer, Dharana at Shillim, said the programmes reflect the retreat’s clinical philosophy of allowing the body adequate time to recalibrate and restore balance through a combination of data-led diagnostics and time-tested healing systems.
Set across 2,500 acres in the Sahyadri mountain range, Dharana at Shillim offers an immersive environment supporting preventive medicine, physical restoration, emotional balance and healing nutrition. The retreat was recently recognised among the Top 20 Destination Spas in the World by the 2025 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards.
The new wellbeing programmes are now open for booking.
