Donald Trump Jr Visits Taj Mahal; Heads to Udaipur for High-Profile Wedding

Donald Trump Jr, son of former U.S. President Donald Trump, made a brief visit to the Taj Mahal on Thursday, drawing attention as he toured the iconic 17th-century monument along with a large international delegation.

Trump Jr was accompanied by a 126-member group comprising guests from nearly 40 countries, who travelled with him to experience the architectural wonder. Local authorities had put enhanced security measures in place in anticipation of the high-profile arrival, with nearly 200 police personnel, including senior officers, deployed across strategic points in the city.

This marks Trump Jr’s second trip to India. His previous visit in 2018 included stops in New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata for business engagements.

Following the Agra tour, Trump Jr is expected to fly to Udaipur, Rajasthan, where he will attend a major wedding celebration. He is likely to reach the lake city on Friday evening and remain there until Monday, according to officials familiar with the arrangements.
