
Dorchester Collection has announced the appointment of Philippe Leboeuf as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 2025. A seasoned leader in luxury hospitality, Leboeuf brings decades of experience, a visionary approach, and a strong track record in operations, organizational culture, and strategic growth. His expertise in launching new hotels and refining guest experiences will play a pivotal role in Dorchester Collection’s continued global expansion and excellence.
Leboeuf’s impressive career includes leadership roles at Concorde Hotels, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Rosewood Hotels, and Claridge’s London. Most recently, as Managing Director of Raffles London, he successfully launched one of the city’s most prestigious hotels. Additionally, he has served as a Board Director at Leading Hotels of the World, further cementing his reputation as a global industry expert.
A graduate of Cornell University and HEC Management School in Paris, Philippe is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish. He has also been awarded the Knight of the Legion of Honour, France’s highest distinction, in recognition of his contributions to the hospitality sector.
