
The Embassy of India in Bangkok has announced DU Digital Global as the L1 bidder for the outsourcing of Consular, Passport, and Visa (CPV) services, following the completion of the financial bid evaluation.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) covered essential services, including Consular, Passport, Visa, Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), Renunciation of Indian Citizenship, Global Entry Program (GEP) verification, and miscellaneous attestation services for the Embassy of India in Bangkok and the Consulate of India in Chiang Mai.
The financial bids were opened on 21st March 2025, after the completion of the technical bid evaluation. The results were officially declared during a hybrid-mode meeting on 28th March 2025, with DU Digital Global securing the contract with the approval of the Competent Authority.
This development marks a significant step in streamlining and enhancing CPV services for Indian nationals and foreign applicants in Thailand.
