EIH Limited Announces Four New Oberoi and Trident Hotels, Strengthens India Footprint

EIH Limited, the flagship company of The Oberoi Group, has announced four new hotel projects under management contracts in Goa, Bengaluru, Gujarat, and Hyderabad, as part of its ongoing expansion across key tourism and business hubs in India. The announcement was made during the company’s 75th Annual General Meeting in New Delhi.

The new properties include The Oberoi, Gir, a 20-key luxury retreat near Gir National Park; The Oberoi, Hyderabad, a 220-key upscale hotel in Knowledge City; Trident, Nandi Hills, a 150-key resort near Bengaluru; and Trident, Fort Aguada, a 170-key hotel close to the historic fort in Goa.

These additions are part of EIH Limited’s development pipeline of 25 new properties by 2030, comprising 22 hotels and three luxury boats across India and global destinations such as London, Egypt, Bhutan, Nepal, and Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the portfolio will expand by 2,033 keys, with 18 hotels under the Oberoi brand and seven under the Trident brand.

Executive Chairman Arjun Oberoi emphasized the group’s focus on high-potential markets and delivering memorable guest experiences, while CEO Vikram Oberoi highlighted the strategic, insight-driven approach shaping the group’s future.

Upcoming launches include The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace, Khajuraho, and two Oberoi Nile Dahabeyas, further expanding the brand’s luxury offerings. The recently launched Oberoi Vindhyavilas Wildlife Resort, Bandhavgarh, was also recognized by TIME Magazine as one of the World’s Greatest Places.
