ELIVAAS Launches First Villa in Pushkar, Expands Rajasthan Portfolio to 60+ Properties

Luxury villa hospitality brand ELIVAAS has expanded its footprint in Rajasthan with the launch of its first property in Pushkar, the ELIVAAS Tuscun Villa. With this addition, the company’s portfolio in the state has grown to more than 60 properties across key leisure destinations including Udaipur, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Pushkar, Alwar and Neemrana, under its brands ELIVAAS, ELIVAAS Privé and Alaya Stays.

The Pushkar launch reflects the company’s strategy of expanding steadily in experience-driven leisure destinations rather than pursuing rapid scale. Over the past few years, ELIVAAS has been strengthening its presence across Rajasthan’s major tourism micro-markets, where demand for private villa stays, group holidays and destination celebrations has been steadily increasing.

According to the company, each new property operates under a standardised service framework covering housekeeping benchmarks, guest response systems, safety protocols and quality audits. At the same time, individual stays are tailored around guest preferences and specific occasions to deliver a personalised experience.

Ritwik Khare, Founder and CEO of ELIVAAS Living, said Rajasthan has emerged as one of the company’s most strategically important markets. He noted that Pushkar’s inclusion in the portfolio is supported by destination-level demand data, with the town witnessing a steady rise in premium leisure travel, particularly from Delhi NCR and Jaipur.

The newly launched ELIVAAS Tuscun Villa is a five-bedroom pet-friendly retreat featuring a private pool and landscaped lawn. Located within accessible distance from Pushkar’s temples and lakes, the villa blends contemporary comfort with the town’s heritage setting.

The company said its expansion strategy will continue to focus on building depth in high-demand leisure destinations while maintaining consistent service standards across properties.
