The historic Bavarian property is set for major renovations, with plans to reopen by the second quarter of 2026. Ensana, known for its health-focused spas, intends to enhance the property’s offerings, combining luxurious wellness treatments with the rich tradition of the region.

Bad Griesbach, part of the picturesque Lower Bavarian Spa Triangle alongside Bad Füssingen and Bad Birnbach, is famous for its thermal springs. After a comprehensive overhaul of the hotel’s rooms and wellness areas, the Fürstenhof will emerge as a top-tier destination for health and relaxation. Set amid lush forests and Europe’s largest golf resort, the hotel offers a perfect blend of nature and luxury, allowing guests to unwind in the thermal waters, enjoy hiking, practice golf, or simply bask in the tranquility of the surroundings.

Plans for Global Expansion: Doubling the Portfolio by 2030

The company aims to double its international portfolio by 2030, focusing on historic spa towns and regions rich in natural resources. Recently, Ensana also revealed plans to open new wellness resorts in Montegrotto Terme, Italy, and Ain Najm, Saudi Arabia.
