
FCM Travel, the corporate travel division of Flight Centre Travel Group, has announced two key leadership appointments to strengthen its global marketing strategy. Michelle Jolley has been named Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Marketing, while Gina Ng has been appointed Vice President (VP) of Marketing for the Americas. These appointments aim to drive growth and innovation across FCM’s operations in over 90 countries.
Michelle Jolley, an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the global business travel sector, will oversee FCM’s worldwide marketing strategy. Jolley brings over a decade of experience with Flight Centre Travel Group, including leadership roles in South Africa and most recently as VP of Marketing for FCM’s Americas division. Her strategic vision and deep industry knowledge will play a pivotal role in expanding FCM’s global footprint and elevating its brand presence.
Gina Ng, based in New York, will lead marketing efforts for the Americas, focusing on the United States and Canada. With 12 years of experience at the Singapore Tourism Board, including roles in Singapore, Chengdu, and New York, Ng brings a wealth of expertise in brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and tourism development. Her appointment underscores FCM’s commitment to driving growth and innovation in the Americas.
Scott Alboni, Global Corporate CMO of Flight Centre Travel Group, expressed confidence in the new appointments, stating, “Michelle’s proven leadership and strategic mindset will be instrumental in expanding FCM’s global reach, while Gina’s industry expertise and creative vision will ensure continued success in the Americas.”
Jolley will report to Alboni, while Ng will report to FCM Americas President Billy McDonough. Both appointments are effective immediately, signaling FCM’s focus on strengthening its leadership team to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the global business travel market.
