Fine Acers Plans Five Luxury Resorts Across Key Indian Destinations

Luxury resort developer Fine Acers Group has announced plans to develop five new premium resorts across major tourist destinations in India over the next three years, as part of its expansion strategy in the country’s growing leisure and destination wedding market.

The company currently operates three resorts in Jaipur, Pushkar and Goa with an inventory of about 200 rooms. Under the new development plan, Fine Acers aims to add nearly 700 additional keys across five destinations—Jaipur, Jawai, Udaipur, Pushkar and Coorg—taking the group’s total portfolio to around 1,500 rooms across seven properties.

The expansion is being pursued in partnership with global hospitality brands, particularly Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. As part of this collaboration, Fine Acers has signed agreements to develop two resorts under the Dolce by Wyndham brand in Goa and Udaipur. The projects are expected to open in 2030 and will mark the brand’s entry into the Indian hospitality market.

According to Dinesh Yadav, Founder and Managing Director of Fine Acers Group, the company is focusing on destinations that are witnessing strong demand for premium leisure travel and destination weddings. He added that partnerships with international hotel brands are expected to strengthen the group’s positioning in India’s upscale resort segment.

Fine Acers has also attracted investor interest through its sale-and-leaseback model, under which a significant portion of resort inventory is sold to investors and leased back by the company for operations. The structure allows investors to participate in hospitality assets while the company manages the property and guest operations.

Industry estimates indicate that India’s tourism and hospitality sector is expected to see significant growth over the next few years, driven by rising domestic travel, luxury leisure demand and the expanding destination wedding market.
